  Title Graphic - How?

OUTLINE OF THE SCHEME
An initial meeting will identify the areas where your business needs the most help. Your progress will be set against milestones to help you keep on track, and an exit meeting will help you point the way after you’ve completed the scheme.

During the initial meeting, and ongoing communications, Hi8us and your mentors will help you identify the different strands within the scheme that will benefit you the most. The strands are general areas of support we have identified to give you an idea of the type of help available, but we want to make sure that we respond to individual needs – so we are happy to explore other ways we may be able to help.

The strands are as follows:

ONE ON ONE MENTORING SUPPORT
Mentors have been recruited from both the digital industries and the business sector and will work with you on the areas of business you need help with. You can pick your own mentors and all participants can access up to 2 throughout the scheme.

If you are an experienced industry professional in the above sectors and interested in mentoring on the Boost Scheme, please contact Jo Dunlop for more information on
0121 753 7700 or jo.dunlop@hi8us.co.uk
